Mobile application for the execution of maintenance activities managed by SMS – Maintenance Management

SMS – Mobile Extension is the client that allows you to use a common Android smartphone / tablets to interact with the application SMS – Maintenance Management
It provides a useful tool for the qualified engineer to communicate in a structured way with the head office using simple tools and easy to carry like Smartphone or tablet.

• It receives the current schedules from the SMS server, with all the information necessary to perform the activity: intervention type, customer and system data, materials, stories past interventions and Call Center remarks, etc. etc.
• Once acquired the planning data is able to operate in disconnected mode, very useful for places where there is no cellular network or you can not use (e.g. bunker, basements, hospitals)
• Enables the completion of the Intervention Report in a simple and guided way, detailing the activities carried out, including timetables
• It collects the customer’s signature and, if needed, can print the intervention on portable printer
• sends final reports the SMS server
